HTTPeek is a proxy server that can be run locally in order to view in plain text the contents of both HTTP and HTTPS requests and responses as they pass between a web browser and server. It makes use of a GUI font-end, and is useful for debugging HTTP-based applications, such as those that do screen-scraping. HTTPeek is released under the Mozilla Public License Version 1.1.
The install of HTTPeek is almost identical to that of screen-scraper. Check the instructions here.
